This Step by step process is provided for your convenience.
We would like to brief you on the organizational details of your stay in Vilnius.

Before you arrive:
1. Read our website and all that it has to offer carefully. Remember, by writing to us you do not undertake any obligation.
2. Choose a service and fill in the Treatment Request Form.
3. Just click SUBMIT to Send the Treatment Request Form.
4. Within 48 hours you will receive a preliminary cost estimate with a treatment plan (approved by a specialist) and a draft itinerary of your stay in Vilnius.
5. Decide if the treatment meets your need.
6. Once you have decided to become our patient, fill in the Medical History Form
The medical history will also provide our doctor with other necessary information. If there are any doubts, you will be asked to submit your medical records concerning, for example, post-surgical medical reports We must be sure that the condition of your health is good enough to perform the service you have selected..
Note: The final decision whether or not to conduct a surgery is made by our doctor following preliminary examination at our clinic.

8. Remember setting the exact date of the treatment is up to you! Your surgery will be performed within no longer than two weeks after consulting the specialist
9. Once a date has been decided upon, we will arrange your flight and accommodations to the location.. We make all the necessary bookings for you. You will receive a detailed itinerary of your stay and a telephone number of your guide who can answer any of your questions
10. .Should you desire, you can make the flight and accommodations arrangement yourself. However, do not hesitate to call us and we will be happy to help you arrange the journey.
11. Remember to bring all the medical records (case history) you posses and a blood type certificate.
Upon your arrival:
1. Upon your arrival your contact person will meet you at the airport to accompany you to the hotel or the clinic, following the treatment plan.
2. Depending on the day and on your arrival time, your guide will accompany you to the clinic where you will be interviewed and examined by a specialist, or referred for surgery (depending on the type of procedure).
3. Having conducted the first examination, the doctor may introduce minor changes to your treatment plan and costs as well as the duration of your stay. Our focus is your health!
4. Depending on your request and the procedure, a licensed nurse with a fluent command of your native language will be at your disposal.
5. Your contact person will accompany you throughout the whole treatment time.
6. Following your medical appointments and upon your request, we can arrange the services of a licensed tourist guide speaking your native language to enjoy sightseeing, shopping, beauty enhancement treatments and other add-ons. Lithuania is a beautiful and ancient country, worth taking a closer look at.
7. You will stay as long as required by the medical procedures scheduled for you-- until your stitches are removed or your rehabilitation is complete.
8. Once the procedure or surgery is completed, you receive a hospital discharge sheet (in your native language) with case history and follow-up procedures.
9. You make a payment via acceptable credit cards or cash.
10. We deliver you to the airport.
